Orders that are placed Monday-Friday not including holidays, will ship within 48 hours awaiting availability and credit verification. Tacky Glamour uses UPS and Fed Ex and we are unable to deliver to po boxes.

We do not offer Saturday delivery. FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 250.00 WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

*Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by Express delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5-10 business days.

We offer ground,2-3 day and next day delivery for all order placed by 12.p.m. eastern time.Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax will be charged on orders.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order.  On a case by case basis, we may be able to make changes if you contact us via phone or e-mail before the order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
14 Day Return Policy—no exceptions

Tacky Glamour offers the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days from order date for a full refund, less shipping costs.  Items must be returned with the original tags attached and in new, unused, unwashed condition.  Returns are accepted at our discretion. No refunds will be given for sale merchandise or Jewelry. These items are final sale.

Returning Your Item

please contact us for a return authorization number. Absolutley no items will be accepted without this authorization. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card or for the transaction to be updated on your credit card statement.

How to return your item

1. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
2. Call customer service for a return authorization number.please include this number on the outside of the box.
3. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment.
4. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for missing or lost merchandise that is shipped to us.
5. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. 

Exchanging Your Item

1. Please e-mail customerservice@tackyglamour.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.
2. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.
3. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
4. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
5. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
6. Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
